The travel options and products you find are offered by independent Travel Providers such as airlines, hotels, and car rental companies. These Travel Providers are fully responsible for their services, prices, and terms.
These Terms outline the rules for accessing and using our Platforms and Services. By continuing to use Flyingscanner, you agree to follow these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other applicable guidelines.

If you book two or more related services (e.g., flights and hotels) within 24 hours, they may be classified as “Linked Travel Arrangements.” These arrangements don’t offer the same legal protections as package deals, so you’ll need to rely on each provider to fulfill their part.
Following the provider’s terms is essential. Violating these terms could result in canceled reservations, additional fees, or loss of rewards such as frequent flyer miles.
Flyingscanner connects you with travel providers, but we don’t manage bookings or the services they provide. Any issues with a booking need to be resolved directly with the provider.
We do our best to keep information on our Platforms accurate and current, but we can’t guarantee everything will always be 100% correct or up-to-date.
Flyingscanner isn’t responsible for indirect damages like delays, missed savings, or incorrect information. If you experience problems, the maximum compensation Flyingscanner may be liable for is £100.
